Privacy Policy

Last updated July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Poki Yoki, Inc. (“Poki Yoki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through our Poki Rewards web arcade and related services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Poki Rewards is a program operated by parents, for families. By using Poki Rewards, you agree to this Policy.

Who we are

Poki Yoki, Inc. makes a premium, spill-proof modular cup system for toddlers and young kids — engineered to survive toddlers, designed for parents. We run Poki Rewards — a web arcade where parents and guardians earn points and perks. Accounts are created and managed by an adult, not a child.

Children’s privacy

Poki Rewards is designed for and directed to parents and legal guardians who are 18 or older — not to children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not ask for or collect a child’s name or birthday. If you choose to tell us about your kids, we only accept age ranges (age-bands), never a child’s identity. We use your birth year solely to confirm that you are an adult (18+); we do not retain it for any other purpose. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at privacy@pokiyoki.com and we will delete it. For more, see our Children’s Privacy Notice.

Information we collect

(a) Information you provide. Your name, email address, and U.S. state. Optionally, you may also give us your mobile number, your city or metro area, and your kids’ age-bands (ranges, not identities).

(b) Gameplay & program activity. Stars and points you earn, your reward tier, raffle and sweepstakes entries, referrals you make, and any bug reports or feedback you send us.

(c) Information collected automatically via our website analytics beacon. When you use the arcade, our first-party analytics beacon collects:

We use this to understand how the arcade is used and which marketing channels work. We do not build cross-site advertising profiles about you and do not track you across other companies’ websites.

(d) Google Analytics (GA4). In addition to our own beacon, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a first-party web analytics service, to measure how our website and games are used (for example, page views, which games are played, and general usage trends). GA4 sets cookies and collects information such as a randomized analytics identifier, pages viewed, approximate (city/metro-level) location, and coarse device and browser details. We use GA4 for site and product analytics only: we do not use it for advertising, ad targeting, or building cross-site ad profiles, and we have configured it so that analytics data is not used to personalize ads. Google processes this information as our service provider. To learn more, see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of GA4 across all sites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block analytics cookies using the browser controls described below.

(e) Email engagement. If you opt into email from us, our email provider records basic engagement with the messages we send, such as whether an email was opened and whether links in it were clicked. We use this only to understand which messages are useful and to improve what we send. This applies to email you have opted into; it is not tied to advertising or cross-site tracking. You can stop this at any time by unsubscribing from our email (see “Marketing communications” below).

(f) Cookies & local storage. We use cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in, save your game progress, and run the analytics described above (our own beacon and GA4). You can clear or block them anytime through your browser settings or by clearing your browser’s local storage and cookies; doing so may sign you out or reset saved game progress. Blocking analytics cookies is how you opt out of GA4 and our analytics beacon on this browser.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where applicable, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal sent by your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and any sharing, and we do not load GA4 or our analytics beacon for that session. We also do not use tracking that follows you across other companies’ websites, so there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” browser signal to disable on that front.

How we use information

Marketing communications

Marketing email is optional and is never required to play the games or to enter our raffles or sweepstakes. If you opt in, you consent to receive marketing emails from Poki Yoki; you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email or by emailing support@pokiyoki.com. SMS marketing, where offered, is separate and also optional — see our SMS Terms.

How we share information

We share information only in these limited ways:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA).

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to run the program and to meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights below).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know about and access the personal information we collect, to request that we delete it, and to request that we correct inaccurate information. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information — though, as noted, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

Other states and regions. Residents of other U.S. states and other regions may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or port their information, or to opt out of certain processing, under applicable law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@pokiyoki.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on your request, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

Third-party links

Our services may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. This Policy doesn’t cover those sites, and we’re not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the arcade or by email.
